Our cottage, which is pictured by the pool, contains three rooms with direct outside access. We have learned that the cottage was moved to our property from a site on Duval Street and that it is considerably older than the main house. Given the 1884 vintage of the main house, the cottage stands as one of the oldest structures on the island.

Our Double Bedrooms are quite small, but offer a great value for the location. If you are planning on spending more time in your room, we would recommend one of our larger options.

#2B Sunset is decorated in shades of orange and terracotta mimicking the colorful evening sky as the sun sets over the Gulf waters. It is located in the rear cottage on the first floor and has a view of the pool area.

#6 Caribbean is bright and cheery with its vibrant yellow and blue color scheme. It is located on the second floor of the main house overlooking the front garden.

#7 Sunflower is all done up in shades of yellow with blue accents to complement. It is located on the second floor of the main house overlooking the front garden.

#8B Bamboo is clean and simple with white walls showcasing its bamboo ceiling and wicker furniture. It is located on the first floor in the rear of the main house with direct access to the pool deck.

Seaside

#3 Garden is done in beautiful shades of green with colorful floral accents. It is located on the second floor of the main house near the sun deck.

#4 Florida is a reminder of summer all year long with its peach décor and warm gold & wicker furnishings. It is located on the second floor of the main house. This room has a private, detached bath just down the hall a few feet.

Maloney

#1 Seaside is very soothing and relaxing with its sea green walls. It is our most private room as it is located at the far end of the rear cottage on the first floor.

#2A Key West has a calming and restful feel with its subdued shades of green and artwork showcasing some popular Key West attractions. It is located on the first floor in the rear cottage with views of the back garden.

#8A Maloney, named after the original owner of the home, is full of old world charm with an historic beige and red color scheme and accented with architectural prints. It is located on the first floor in the front of the main house.

#9 Tropical is full of vibrant, lively colors from walls to bedspreads to artwork. It is located on the first floor in the front of the main house with views of the garden.

We require a one night deposit at the time a reservation is made. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Deposits are refundable less a $30 fee up to 14 days prior to arrival. There is a $30 fee for shortening stays within 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the entire deposit. There is no refund for early departure or shortened stays after check in.
